I can't thank Hayley enough for her help and professionalism when my daughter completed her assessment. Hayley was very welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease as being 12 is quite a tricky age. Hayley had lots of input with me before she met my daughter so was well aware of things she liked etc so was able to engage in conversation and speak to her at the correct level. The assessment was quite in depth but Hayley was well aware when a drink break was needed and my daughter needed a little bit of time away from tasks. After the assessment I had feedback which was very useful on how to move forward.
I would totally recommend Hayley as I did lots of research and this was definitely the best environment for my daughter.

From beginning to end I felt that I was listened to, I felt that Hayley understood me even if really I didn't understand what I was saying, stuff just kept blurting out! I also felt that she understood my son and there were little bits I thought she may of missed but they were all in the report.

On numerous occasions over the past few years Hayley Forest has visited the setting to offer advice and recommendations on next steps with our SEN children. Hayley has always been approachable, professional and extremely proficient in our dealings and I also receive great feedback from our parents/carers that Hayley has been involved with. If Hayley does not know the answer, she will always seek support where required to make sure that the best possible outcomes are given to the children in our care or simply just to be able to point my practitioners in the right direction.
Nursery Manager and SENCo MEDWAY
Hayley provided us with first class advice and excellent support when she visited my Year 1 class to observe a little boy with a diagnosis of ASD and severe language delay. The class TA embraced Hayley’s positive approach and as a result we have enhanced the resources which we have been using with him. Hayley’s knowledge of ASD and positive approach is just so inspirational. We will certainly be welcoming further support and training in the future and would highly recommend Hayley
